The short version: your video never leaves your machine. All AI detection
and framing runs locally on your computer. AiFramer only contacts our servers to validate
your licence and check for updates — never to upload, analyse, or store your video or audio.
1. Who we are
AiFramer ("we", "us") provides AI-powered vertical video framing software for Windows,
sold via this website, ai-framer.com. Questions about this policy can be sent to
support@ai-framer.com.
2. What we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and a securely hashed
password when you create an account or start a free trial.
- Licence and activation data — when the desktop app validates your licence,
it sends your account credentials/token and a device identifier and device name. We use
these to confirm your subscription tier, manage your trial period, and manage which
machine your licence is active on.
- Purchase information — orders and subscriptions are processed through
WooCommerce and our payment processor. We never see or store your full card
number; payment details are handled by the payment processor.
- Support correspondence — emails you send to support, including any
screenshots or logs you choose to attach.
3. What we do not collect
- Your video or audio. All detection, tracking, and framing runs locally
on your GPU or CPU. No frames, streams, recordings, or audio are ever uploaded to us.
- Your stream keys or platform credentials. Stream keys for Twitch,
YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms are stored locally on your machine and sent only
to the platform you're streaming to.
4. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account, trial, and subscription.
- To validate your licence and enforce per-tier limits.
- To notify you about your account, purchases, and software updates.
- To respond to support requests.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
5. Cookies
This site uses cookies required to operate: WordPress login/session cookies when you sign in,
and WooCommerce cookies to keep track of your cart during checkout.
6. Third parties
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the product: our web hosting
provider, WooCommerce (order management), and our payment processor (payment handling).
Each processes data only to provide their service to us.
7. Data retention and deletion
We retain account and order records while your account is active and as required for tax
and accounting purposes. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your
account by emailing support@ai-framer.com
from the address on your account.

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where
appropriate, notify you by email.
